you may select, capture, or upload an image for editing. The selected image is used only to perform the editing feature requested by you.

The application does not collect, store, or analyze facial recognition data, biometric identifiers, facial landmarks, or face templates.

Face Detection

Some features determine whether a selected image contains a person so the appropriate editing workflow can be applied.

On supported iOS versions, this detection is performed locally on your device using Apple's Vision/Core Image frameworks. On certain older iOS versions or for features requiring cloud processing, the selected image may be securely processed through a trusted third-party AI API solely to provide the requested functionality.

Face detection is used only to determine whether a face exists in the selected image. The application does not perform facial recognition, identify individuals, create biometric profiles, or collect biometric facial information.

Usage Data

We may automatically collect:

2. How We Use Your Information

Depending on the selected feature:

• BG Remover primarily uses Apple's Vision framework on supported iOS versions. On certain older iOS versions, a trusted third-party AI API may be used.
• Auto Remove Object primarily uses Apple's Vision framework on supported iOS versions. On certain older iOS versions, a trusted third-party AI API may be used.
• Reface, AI Colorize, AI Cartoon, Passport Photo, Image Upscaler, Photo Enhancer, Templates, and other AI-powered features may use trusted third-party AI APIs to generate the requested result.

Only the image selected by you is processed to provide the requested feature.

3. Firebase Implementation

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to improve application quality, reliability, and performance.

Firebase collects anonymized analytics and crash information only. Firebase does not process your edited images.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share information only when necessary to provide the services requested by you.

Third-Party AI Services

Certain editing features require cloud-based processing. When you use these features, the image selected by you may be securely transmitted to a trusted third-party AI API solely to perform the editing operation requested by you. Only the image necessary for processing is transmitted.

We do not intentionally transmit:

• Facial recognition data
• Biometric identifiers
• Face templates
• Contacts
• Messages
• Photos other than the image selected by you

The third-party AI service processes the image only to generate the requested result and applies appropriate safeguards to protect transmitted data.

Service Providers

We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us operate, maintain, improve, and secure the application.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by applicable law or valid governmental requests.

5. Face Detection and AI Features

Some features determine whether the selected image contains a person. This is used only to provide the appropriate editing experience.

The application does not:

• Perform facial recognition
• Identify individuals
• Create biometric identifiers
• Store facial landmarks
• Build face templates
• Authenticate users using facial information

Face detection is used only to determine whether a face exists in the selected image so the requested feature can function correctly.

5.1. What face data does the app collect?

The application does not collect any facial data. For certain editing features, the application only determines whether a face exists in the selected image.

On supported iOS versions this is performed locally using Apple's Vision/Core Image frameworks. The detection simply returns whether a face is present. Using CIDetector, it returns only a Boolean value (true or false) indicating whether a face exists.

It does not:

• perform facial recognition,
• identify any individual,
• collect biometric identifiers,
• create facial templates,
• store facial landmarks,
• analyze facial characteristics.

No face information is collected or retained.

5.2. How is face detection used?

Face detection is used only to improve the editing workflow.

BG Remover

The app determines whether the selected image contains a person so the appropriate editing workflow can be applied.

Reface

A face is required for this feature. If no face is detected, the application informs the user that a face is required and processing does not continue.

Auto Remove Object

When Auto mode is selected, the app determines whether the image contains a person so that the object outline can be generated appropriately.

Face detection is never used for identification, authentication, tracking, profiling, or biometric purposes.

5.3. Is face data shared with third parties?

No. The application does not collect or generate facial data.

When cloud processing is required, only the user-selected image is temporarily transmitted to a trusted third-party AI API solely to perform the requested editing operation. No facial recognition information, biometric identifiers, or facial templates are transmitted.

5.4. How long is face data retained?

No face data is retained because no face data is collected. Any face detection performed using Apple's Vision/Core Image frameworks occurs entirely on the user's device.

Images created or edited by the user are stored locally within the application on the user's device. Our application does not permanently store uploaded images on our own servers.

For features requiring cloud processing, the selected image may be temporarily retained by the third-party AI provider only as necessary to complete the requested operation and according to the provider's retention policy.

If the application is uninstalled, all locally stored application data and images are removed from the user's device.

• Our application does not permanently store your uploaded images on our servers.
• Images generated by the application are saved locally on your device. If you uninstall the app, locally stored app data is removed from your device.
• The third-party AI service may temporarily process or retain the uploaded image only as necessary to complete the requested operation and according to its data retention practices.

By using AI-powered features, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of the selected image for the requested editing operation.

6. AI Features Disclaimer

Our AI-powered features are intended to assist users in creating, editing, enhancing, and transforming images for creative, entertainment, educational, informational, personal, and business purposes.

By using AI features, you agree that:

• Do not use the application to generate illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or misleading content.
• Do not generate or edit content involving nudity, pornography, gambling, harassment, bullying, discrimination, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Do not use AI-generated content to impersonate individuals, spread misinformation, or violate applicable laws.
• AI-generated results are automatically produced and may not always match your expectations or prompt.
• AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, unexpected results, or visual imperfections.
• Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated results before using, publishing, or sharing them.
• The application should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, identity verification, or other professional decisions.
• We reserve the right to restrict or disable access to AI features if they are used in violation of this policy.

7. Security of Your Information

We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect your information.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Images and generated results are stored locally on your device so you can access your projects within the application. We do not permanently store your images on our own servers.

For features requiring cloud processing, selected images may be temporarily processed and temporarily retained by the trusted third-party AI service only as necessary to complete the requested operation and in accordance with that provider's retention practices.

If you uninstall the application, all locally stored images, generated content, settings, and application data stored by the app are removed from your device.

The application does not permanently retain facial data, biometric identifiers, or facial recognition information.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
